I found this instantly and utterly gripping. It’s a story of two sisters, separated by their joint need to keep magic safe from the world.
It’s got the ideal balance of action and adventure, mystery and intrigue, magic and worldbuilding, plot and character.
There is always so much going on, just the right amount which we know more of than the characters, and just enough kept away from us to keep the attention throughout as we desperately page turn to learn more.
Really really loved it, and can only hope for more like this from Törzs.
