Description

Vanessa Bender's tyres are slashed in the parking lot of Bayport High but the Hardy boys discover that vandalism is the least of the new girl's worries. Her mother opens an animation studio to make TV cartoons, and then the studio suffers an arson attack and one of the show's creators is murdered.
