These guys are supposed to be one-shot characters. They didn't even have names, until I realized that Del1 (Short for Delinquent #1) sounds a lot like Dillon, so he ended up with it. And other guy, being even less remarkable, became Ditto. One girl at the CPJ had a good laugh after he saw Dillon and remarked that his hair is from 20 years ago. Yes, uh, that kinda was my intention.
