I dunno... It doesn't seem like a filler. In fact, it didn't seem like a filler when I read it. The comment is somewhat suspicious, but... It looks like a sort of exposition-y thing.

hehe, ^^ and GA is right yet again...this is an expositional part, which we saw before in one of the older sections of the comic. After all, Daffyd does occasionally need a break from updates. Just like Dan.^^
