I'm not a linguist, and I'm certainly not a cryptographer. Why not just use Tolkien Elven?

I'm only going to using the second language when I want characters to speak Elvish, or maybe use magic. And the only word of Tolien I understand is the one for friend.

I'm an amateur linguist, I've got plenty of ideas for grammar, many of which are incompatible(and possibly too complex for this). What are your goals? Do you want it to be logically elegant, irregularly realistic, active or passive, do you have particular assumptions you want encoded, etc? Feel free to PM me on the EGS forum if it gets long :J Also, there's some good ideas here: http://www.zompist.com/kitgram.html

Oh yeah, one more thing... *thwaps with trout for borrowing from Jar-Jar*

It does look like you misspelled your name in the Elvish block.

Actually "sa" is what I'm using as an equivalent of I, so you would be "you-I". I only just made the Jar Jar connection myself. Damn. Oh and the mispellings, note that some letters have symbols over them to indicate that they are repeated twice. So "letter" would be "leter" with the symbol on the t.
